Yes, we have an exclusive list of Production, Catering, Rental, and Bar vendors. We have an extensive list of production, catering, and rental companies that vary in style and pricing. Please refer to the approved vendor list HERE. Venue Logic is the exclusive beverage provider, for more details visit HERE
***To do any of the following, you must use one of our exclusive Production Companies: Drapery, AV, furniture, lighting, hanging decor, etc. Table top decor such as florals, candles, etc. can be client preference.
No, but it is highly recommended to hire a planner or a day of coordinator for a seamless event.
For clients that have events occurring in the 2024 calendar year - the rental fee includes 12-hours. 4 hours of set up, 6 hours of event time, and 2 hours of breakdown. Additional time can be added for a fee.
For clients that have events occurring in the 2025 calendar year and beyond - the rental fee includes 14-hours. 6 hours of set up, 6 hours of event time, and 2 hours of breakdown. Additional time can be added for a fee.
We can host events at all our venues until 2am. For clients booking The Sculpture Garden Gallery - the 2am end time also applies, however we cannot have speakers playing music outdoors after 10pm due to a Chicago Noise Ordinance. By this time guests are typically enjoying the indoor reception space.
The Sculpture Garden and Skyline Loft:
We have a large lot on the northside of the building that is accessible and free to all guests.
There is very limited parking lot and street parking available at Rockwell on the River. We offer 5 dedicated spots to all clients. We encourage you to invite your elderly and/or handicapped guests to park in these dedicated spaces. Ride-sharing, shuttle services, and valet parking are all options and encouraged.
Parking is conveniently located in the same building as Amazing Space.
Skyline Loft - 18,000 sq. feet | 100-500+ person capacity
Sculpture Garden Gallery - 12,000 sq. feet (Inside) 4,500 sq. feet (Outside) | 50-300+ person capacity
Rockwell on the River - 16,000 sq. feet (Inside) 3,000 sq. (Outside) | 150-650+ person capacity
Amazing Space - 7,500 sq. feet | 100-350+ person capacity
Yes, all the event spaces include heating and air conditioning.
In the outdoor portion of the Sculpture Garden Gallery, heat lamps & industrial fans are also included.
Skyline Loft:
This venue has a coat check room with coat racks & hangers. The attendant would be staffed by your chosen caterer.
Sculpture Garden Gallery:
This venue has a coat check room with coat racks & hangers. The attendant would be staffed by your chosen caterer.
Rockwell on the River:
This venue has 8 coat racks. All other equipment and attendant to be supplied by caterer or valet service.
Amazing Space:
This venue has 1 coat rack (can hold 100+ coats) & hangers, which is typically self-service. Catering can supply additional equipment & staff if needed.

Yes, rehearsals are included depending on scheduling. Rehearsals are not scheduled when you book your event, and cannot be confirmed until 2 weeks prior to your event based on availability
